Trace Titus

Trace Titus resides in Alexis, Illinois, where he works full-time with NXTGEN Sales while managing TMT Livestock and assisting in the operation of Titus Club Lambs. A graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Animal Science—and South Plains College, where he competed on the livestock judging team—Trace was named High Individual in Sheep and Goats at Louisville.

As the owner of TMT Livestock, a multi-species program, he focuses on raising nationally competitive white-face sheep and Chianina cattle. Trace brings strong industry knowledge, energy, and a true passion for helping exhibitors succeed. He’s ready to assist with all your sale needs—give him a call to book your next one.

Morgan Minnick

Morgan Minnick

Originally from Indiana, Morgan now calls Alexis, Illinois, home. She is a recent graduate of Texas Tech University, where she earned her degree in Agricultural Communications. Her experience spans every corner of the livestock industry—from collegiate judging at South Plains College to working alongside top photographers, breeders, and livestock-focused companies, sharpening both her media and communication skills.

Along with her work at NXTGEN, Morgan owns and operates 3M Media, specializing in livestock and family photography, as well as custom graphic design. She brings a strong passion for design, creating pieces that effectively showcase and market the livestock industry, including NXTGEN Sales. More often than not, you can find Morgan traveling to livestock shows, capturing moments both in the ring and at the backdrop across the country.

Preston Lawrence

Preston Lawrence lives in Pottsboro, TX with his wife Molly. When he isn’t running up and down the road judging shows, he helps run his families construction and cattle operation. Preston attended South Plains Junior College and Texas Tech where he was on the livestock judging teams. Upon graduation, Preston served as the livestock judging team coach at West Texas A&M while pursuing his masters in Agricultural Business.

Isaac Gehret

Isaac Gehret

Isaac Gehret alongside his wife Bri, reside in Muncie, IN. He is a graduate of Lakeland College and Western Illinois University where he was a member of both livestock judging teams.

He is currently an insurance agent for Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance.

He also co-runs Gehret/Stickley Livestock helping families across the country achieve their goals in the show ring.

Kyle Ramsey

Kyle Ramsey

Born and raised in Navasota, Texas, Kyle Ramsey discovered his passion for livestock and agriculture early in life. That passion led him to Texas A&M University, where he earned a degree in Animal Science, competed on the Livestock Judging Team, and was part of the 2016 National Champion Wool Judging Team. He later served as both assistant and head coach while completing his master’s degree.

Kyle now lives in Floresville, Texas, with his wife, Ciarra, and their son, Pearce. He currently serves as the Distribution Sales Manager for Qwikkit Cabinet Refacing Kits and is a part owner of H2 Conditioner. Alongside his dad, he also helps manage Ramsey Sheep Company, a small flock of ewes raised for competitive show lambs.

Kyle’s lifelong commitment to the livestock industry has allowed him to mentor families across Texas, helping them succeed in the show ring and connect with top-tier lamb and goat breeders nationwide. Joining the NXT Gen team provides another opportunity for him to support exhibitors and elevate their livestock programs.
